Windows PC Setup

Step 1 — Download
- Open the RustDesk website.
- Download the Windows version.
- Run the installer.
- Allow permissions if Windows asks.

Step 2 — Open RustDesk
- Launch RustDesk.
- You will see your ID and password.
- Do NOT post this publicly.
- Only share it directly during your session.

Step 3 — Start Session
- Join your scheduled repair session.
- Provide the temporary session code.
- Approve the connection request.
- Stay available during diagnostics.
Android Setup

- Install RustDesk from the Play Store.
- Open the app.
- Allow requested permissions.
- Enable screen sharing if prompted.
